1) When you receive our products and are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship, we will give you a full return.

2) We conduct strict quality control tests before your order is shipped, and assure you if there are any product defects and quality issues, these items will be corrected before we ship your order.

3) Because our products are made by hand, sometimes the weight and size will slightly vary. If the shipping cost is higher than your prepaid order, you can wire us the balance on your next order. If the shipping cost is less than your prepaid order, we will credit the amount on your next order.

4) We set up accounts for each customer, if we owe you money, you can use the credit towards your next order.  If you owe us for a previous order, you can pay the balance on your next order.
